After discussion on NORTH STATE ALLIANCE RENEWAL AGREEMENT to approve the proposal for ON-SITE DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING, LLC effective immediately, to conduct drug testing for the city. Motion carried (Motion 11-68)
