Tulelake, CA— Tulelake Regular Meeting on June 20, 2011 the City of Tulelake created a Loan Committee and appointed Tanya Carroll, Sue Baley and Lorraine Fine to the city loan committee after discussion and the motion carried.
After discussion on the OIL RECYCLE GRANT to authorize Coucilmember Darrow to sign the regional old recycle grant application on behalf of the City of Tulelake.
Tony Ross, Henry Ebinger, Randy Darrow and Candace Jefferies would attend the SCORE meeting a new insurance company to represent the City of Tulelake’s insurance needs.
The City Council approved $7,000 for the auditor to place this matter on the 6-22-11 special meeting agenda. Motion Carried.
The City Council then went into closed session to anticipate a litigation matter. Mayor Randy Darrow announced after coming out of the close meeting that no action was taken in the closed session.
An Ammunition purchase by the Police Department to purchase 5000 rounds of ammunition for approximately $1,500 the motion carried.
On the accounts payable no action was taken and after discussion a purchase of a microwave oven for $58 and payroll. Motion Carried.
